Sailor Digs

The studio

For the long way around.

Sailor Digs is a design studio for people who find their best stories somewhere off the map.

A design practice

Make the idea worth wearing.

We don’t make the garments. We make the ideas that belong on them—small flags for the road, the water, and the shore.

The work starts with the feeling of a good departure: a tank full of fuel, a tide coming in, a jacket thrown over the back of a chair. From there, we turn that feeling into original artwork for everyday layers.

Tees are easy layers for everyday wandering. Hoodies are soft armor for early starts, late returns, and everywhere between.

How we think

01 · Stay curious

Follow the detail that makes a place feel like itself.

02 · Keep it useful

Make something people can reach for every week.

03 · Take the scenic route

Let the process have a little weather on it.
